Service could be better! I tried to cancel my account, and it took forever!

I've used lottosend a bunch of times, and the issue is they don’t provide scanned tickets. Currently, I'm in a multi-draw for Mega Millions, and while they sent me a scanned ticket the first time, I haven’t received one since. Plus, if you reach out to them, good luck getting a response.

Hello folks, I'm Muhammad Asif and I purchased a lottery ticket for Loteria de Navidad 2019 on lottosend.com. I forked out $37 for it, but they didn’t buy my ticket and it hasn’t shown up in my account. I can’t find my entry anywhere... This means lottosend is totally a scam site, so watch out and don’t throw your money away.

I've posted a couple of reviews regarding Lottosend, and let me tell ya, I've dropped a lot of cash buying tickets on their site. My thoughts on their lack of transparency and the discrepancies between the numbers I picked online and those on the actual tickets went completely ignored by the Lottosend crew. It's pretty surprising to see them respond to reviews from folks who are happy with the service, yet they can't seem to address my worries about the site's authenticity. People are spending their hard-earned cash here, and they deserve some honest answers.
